This notice explains what personal data Luxe Young (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. It is issued in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you contact us on WhatsApp
The buttons on this website open a WhatsApp chat with our team. If you send us a message, we receive your WhatsApp phone number, your profile name and whatever you choose to tell us in the conversation, such as your name, your organisation and your questions.
When you browse this website
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records anonymous, aggregated information such as the pages viewed, the referring website, the country, and the type of device and browser. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Advertising (Meta Pixel)
This website may use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how well our advertisements work and to show relevant advertisements to people who have visited this website. When it is active, the Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, the buttons you click, your IP address, and details of your device and browser. Meta may match this information to your Facebook or Instagram account and uses it under its own privacy policy.
You can control the advertisements you see in the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
This website has no contact forms, accounts or online payments, and we do not collect personal data through them.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you information about our products and services.
- To follow up on a conversation you have started with us.
- To understand how the website is used so that we can improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
Contacting us is voluntary. If you choose not to share your details, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where it is needed for the purposes above:
- WhatsApp (operated by Meta) carries the messages you send us and handles them under its own privacy policy.
- Meta receives the information collected by the Meta Pixel when it is active.
- Vercel hosts this website and provides the anonymous analytics described above.
- Regulators or authorities, where the law requires it.
These providers may process data on servers outside Malaysia.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows, or for as long as the law requires. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask us to:
- give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
- correct personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- limit how we use your personal data, or withdraw your consent;
- stop sending you marketing messages.
